O filme “Intimidade Pública” iniciou com uma criteriosa escolha dos atores, pois seria um processo colaborativo, onde os atores criariam os próprios personagens e situações. Desde então, fizemos uma pesquisa extensiva para chegar num roteiro original. Em quatro meses, desenvolvemos cenas e sequências, e, na medida em que as sequências iam se desenvolvendo, a química e o potencial dramático entre os atores era testada, até que fechamos os quatro grupos e começamos a desenvolver as histórias. A última etapa foi a pesquisa de cena nas locações, onde improvisamos as cenas e estruturamos o roteiro. Foi no encontro de nossa pesquisa com a concretude das locações que o longa surgiu e tomou corpo, amparado depois pela montagem, edição de som e mixagem.
"Public Intimacy" started with a criterious choice of the actors, as they would be creating in collaboration their own characters and situations. Since then, we did an extensive research to arrive at the original script. In four months, we developed scenes and sequences, and, as these sequences grew, the chemistry and the dramatic potential between the actors was tested, until we closed the four groups and developed the stories. The last phase was the research of the scenes on location, where we improvised the scenes and structured the script. It was when our research met the concrete locations that the movie arrived and gained body, what was then made by the editing, the editing of the sound and the mixing.
